Emma laughs now when she recalls the wish list she and husband Craig initially drew up when they were searching for their ideal family home in the Weald of Kent some six years ago. "We wanted it to be in this area - near the pub we own in Biddenden and close to where I grew up - but we were also adamant it should be a period house with all the original features, " she explains. "I wasn't helping matters either by stipulating that it needed three floors, a swimming pool and plenty of room for a family. It wasn't an easy brief!"
