An historical house that has grown and evolved over its three decades as home to artist Annabel and her four children. It would be a hard task to pinpoint one singular feature that gives Annabel's house its extraordinary warmth and character. Is it it's peaceful feeling of history; its wonky beams, stooped old doorways, vast inglenook fireplaces? Or its light-filled rooms with soaring windows opening onto the sweep of lawn and rolling hills behind? Or the one-off pieces of furniture amassed by an unhurried lifetime’s collection. Or is it Annabel’s very own one off, creations – her spectacular oil paintings.
