Frederic and Charlotte immediately had a good feeling upon seeing the house; BE

Frederic and Charlotte live on the first floor of a mansion built by Brussels art nouveau architect Ernest Delune at the beginning of the last century. In order to transform the apartment into a modern home, the couple enlisted the help of architects Anne Moerman and Manu Gelders, who honoured the existing structure, but opened up the kitchen to the rest of the flat.
