Revamped beach house in Cape Town

Pairing crystal accents with practical cement flooring is just one example of what gives this revamped beach house a sense of down-to-earth glamour. Chandeliers, pops of silver and plush fabrics are not usually synonymous with beach house interiors. However, they work in this holiday home as the owners, a professional Cape Town-based couple, took their decor cue from the surrounding fynbos of the Jakkalsfontein Nature Reserve instead of the beach.
