Victorian detatched house in Surrey

After six months of renovation work a fire broke out forcing Carol Chalmers to start again from scratch and draw on her creativity to create a home for her family. The difficult circumstances stimulated Carol’s creativity to save money using sale items. She also found things on her trips abroad. The chandelier in the sitting room was a barn sale treasure from Chicago that Carol spray painted and rewired.
