Second home in Cape Town

Johannesburg interior designer Stephen Rich has owned homes in Clifton before, but he held a flame for one in particular for almost 20 years, the one he’s now able to call his second home. It is as close as you can get to Third Beach without actually standing on the sand. Having first decorated it for a client in the late 1980s, Stephen fortuitously had the opportunity to buy it late last year.
