The world is a stage for designer Marlene Poley in Starnberg, Germany

The stage designer lost no time in adding a touch of drama to her home on Lake Starnberg in Bavaria. The scenery around the lake inspired the designer to turn the house from the 1970s into a fabulous home for herself, her husband and their three children.
